Fabric & Care

We use top-quality reclaimed rubberwood in Tender Leaf Toys. It is solid, smooth to the touch and looks lovely, which is why we let the natural wood grain show through in so many of our designs. We also use high grade birch plywood which if left its natural colour will have a matte coating applied to protect it.

All our paint colours are non toxic and so safe for little ones. Our wood is formaldehyde free.

Before any of our designs go into production, they are rigorously tested – we know they are fun to play with, but we have to be sure they are completely safe and durable

We believe in our products and have many happy customers, but we understand that sometimes online purchasing might be challenging and you can change your mind. You can return your order within six months of purchase or one month is on sale (oh just a polite reminder; unused, with tags on and in the original packaging please) for a full refund or exchange. If your product is faulty, please get in touch with us as we have a quality guarantee.

How to return something?

All you need to do is pop us an e-mail info@kapbula.co.uk regarding your request. We will send you your return label. Once you pack your return, please use this link to find Click & Drop Locations near you and drop the package. Easy peasy return policy.

Free Delivery 

We understand that during these uncertain times you may prefer to do a quick run to buy and collect what you need to minimise the time you spend out for shopping.  If that is the case, please pick Click & Collect Service on our website at checkout.

If you are avoiding going out, self-isolating or just don’t feel like going to the city centre then please select Local Delivery Service at check out. Order placed till 5:00pm will be hand delivered on the same day, except for Sundays. Just one reminder - this local delivery is available only for a 5 mile radius from Exeter city centre.
